1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

• You received a damaged or defective product.
• Product is missing from the package.
• Incorrect product delivered.
• Cancelled orders before shipment.

2. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please email refunds@vidyarthibooksonline.com within 7 days of delivery, along with your Order ID and photo proof (if applicable). Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

3. Mode of Refund

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used — UPI, cards, or net banking. For COD, we will request bank details.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind or incorrect order placed by customer.
• Used, torn, or customer-damaged products.
• Return initiated after 7-day return window.
